About Corey Forrester
Online coaching that sees the whole person.
Nearly two decades of experience shaped a practical approach to strength, movement, consistency and well-being—without shame, punishment or generic plans.
What shaped the approach
Corey has spent more than 17 years coaching across personal training, exercise therapy, corrective exercise, mobility, strength and conditioning, boxing and Muay Thai, health education, sports performance and long-term one-to-one fitness.
His work has included private gyms, physiotherapy and medical-centre environments, remote coaching, group instruction and more than a decade in addiction-recovery settings. He has coached complete beginners, active adults, people returning after extended breaks, long-term clients and competitive athletes.
The lesson that matters most
Most people do not fail because they need more pressure. Stress, mood, sleep, pain history, confidence, work and family responsibilities all influence what someone can realistically do.
Good coaching acknowledges those factors without lowering the standard. The plan still moves forward—but the route can change when life changes.
“My job is not to prove that I can make a workout hard. It is to help you build a stronger, more capable life and stay with you long enough for the work to matter.”
Why the mental side is part of the program
Exercise can be part of improving energy, routine, confidence, sleep and overall well-being. It can also feel difficult to begin when someone is dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout or a major life change.
FORR Online Coaching is personal training—not psychotherapy or medical treatment. The value is in having a coach who understands that the body and mind affect each other, and who can make the next training step clearer instead of adding more judgment.
Oh—and this is Crash, my Shiba Inu. He’ll probably stop by to say hello on our calls.
