The real goal

You want to feel good again—not just look different.

Your physical and mental well-being are not separate. When stress, low mood, anxiety, burnout, poor sleep or a difficult season make it harder to take care of yourself, a rigid fitness plan can become one more demand.

Coaching should make the next step clearer. You receive a realistic plan, regular human support and adjustments when life changes—so movement can become part of feeling stronger, calmer and more capable again.

  • Strength and mobility that carry into daily life
  • Movement that may support mood, sleep, energy and self-confidence
  • A routine that reduces decisions instead of adding pressure
  • Accountability that is steady, practical and non-judgmental

Online fitness coaching can work alongside medical or mental-health care. It does not replace it.

Built around this stage of life

Personal training for women who need more than a generic workout.

Your recovery, responsibilities, confidence and reasons for training may have changed. Your program should change with them.

01

Starting again

You have been away from exercise, lost momentum or no longer know where to begin.

02

Training around real history

Old injuries, joint discomfort or changing recovery affect what feels appropriate.

03

Staying consistent

You need a plan that can survive work, caregiving, travel, stress and imperfect weeks.

One program. Fully personalized.

Online coaching, with a real person paying attention.

This is not a template sent once and forgotten. Your program is built for your equipment, schedule, experience and current capacity, then adjusted as you progress.

Train at home or in your own gym. The coaching, planning, feedback and accountability happen online.

How it works

Simple to start. Personal once you are inside.

1

Start with a conversation

We talk about how you feel now, what you want to change, what has made exercise difficult and what support would actually help.

2

Receive a plan built for you

Your program reflects your goals, physical history, available equipment, schedule, confidence and current starting point.

3

Stay supported as life changes

Weekly check-ins, video feedback and ongoing adjustments keep the program useful instead of expecting every week to look the same.

17+ years coaching real people through real life

Meet Corey

Experience taught me that most people do not need more pressure.

They need the right starting point, clear guidance and someone who stays with the process.

Corey Forrester has coached across personal training, exercise therapy, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, health education, physiotherapy and medical-centre environments, and more than a decade of recovery-focused work.

That experience made the mental side of training impossible to ignore. Stress, mood, sleep, confidence and life circumstances affect what someone can do. Good coaching sees the whole person while staying honest about the role of personal training.

Questions

Starting should feel clear.

Is online coaching suitable for a complete beginner?

Yes. The plan begins at your current level, with clear exercise demonstrations, conservative starting points and support when something is unfamiliar.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your program can be built around bodyweight, bands, dumbbells and basic home equipment, or around the equipment available at your own gym.

What if I have an old injury or joint discomfort?

Your history and current comfort are considered when exercises are selected. Range, position, load, tempo or exercise choice can often be adapted. Personal training does not replace medical assessment, and clearance may be requested where appropriate.

Is this mental-health treatment?

No. This is personal training. The program deliberately considers stress, sleep, mood, confidence and routine because they affect participation and well-being, but it does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.

Is coaching only for women aged 45–65?

The service is designed especially around the needs commonly brought by women in this age range. Other adults are welcome when the approach and service are a good fit.

What happens after the free call?

If the coaching is a good fit, you will receive a clear explanation of the next steps, current coaching options and payment terms before deciding whether to begin.
