Inquiry information is used to respond to you, arrange a consultation, determine whether online coaching is an appropriate service and administer services you request.

Health information

The initial website form is not intended for diagnoses, medication lists, detailed medical records, emergencies or medical advice. Additional fitness screening may be completed separately before a paid coaching service begins.

Service providers

The website may use infrastructure, security, email-delivery and aggregate analytics providers such as Cloudflare to operate the site, prevent abuse and understand website traffic.

Retention and access

Information is retained only as reasonably required to respond, administer requested services and meet applicable legal or business obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
