FORR Online Coaching

One program. Built around one person: you.

Train at home or in your own gym with a personalized plan, weekly human support and ongoing adjustments that account for your goals, physical history, schedule and well-being.

What online coaching means

You receive a structured training plan you can follow on your own schedule, plus the coaching relationship that makes the plan useful: instruction, accountability, technique review, questions answered and adjustments when something changes.

The program is especially designed for women aged 45–65 who want to build strength and feel better physically and mentally without being pushed into an all-or-nothing fitness culture.

What is included

  • Personalized weekly strength and movement plan
  • Exercise demonstrations and clear written instructions
  • Weekly check-in and program adjustments
  • Technique feedback through videos you submit
  • Direct messaging support for program questions
  • Monthly one-to-one video coaching call
  • Practical recovery and nutrition guidance within personal-training scope

Where you can train

Your program can be built for bodyweight and basic home equipment, a more complete home setup, or the equipment available at your gym. You do not need to buy anything before the free call.

How mental well-being fits

Stress, mood, sleep, confidence and routine affect participation. They are considered when the plan is built and adjusted. This remains a fitness-coaching service and does not replace medical, physiotherapy or mental-health care.
